Summary
A Salesman is responsible for promoting products, identifying new customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role requires good communication, negotiation skills, and a target-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach new customers in the market.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits.
Generate leads and follow up regularly.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, delivery notes, and other documents.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager regarding targets and customer requirements.
Negotiate pricing and close deals with customers.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills Required
Good verbal communication skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / WhatsApp / Email.
Ability to understand product details and explain to customers.
Customer relationship management skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Experience
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.

Education
10th / 12th Pass or Graduate.
